RETURN, REFUND & SHIPPING POLICY

At Klassik Michelle Handbags, we value every customer and take pride in providing quality handbags and accessories designed with care and attention to detail.

PLEASE REVIEW OUR POLICIES CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.

ALL SALES FINAL

Due to health, safety, sanitation, and inventory handling procedures implemented following the COVID-19 pandemic, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept:
• Returns
• Exchanges
• Cancellations after processing begins
• Refund requests for preorder or custom items

This policy applies to all handbags, accessories, promotional items, preorder items, and custom orders.

PREORDER & CUSTOM ITEM POLICY

Certain products are offered as PREORDER or CUSTOM items. By placing an order for these items, the customer understands and agrees that:

• Materials and production begin after payment is received.
• Processing and shipping timelines may vary based on production schedules and supplier availability.
• Preorder/custom purchases secure production and inventory specifically for the customer.
• Once production or material procurement begins, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are only considered under the following circumstances:

• The customer receives a defective or materially damaged item directly caused by manufacturing defects.
• The wrong item was shipped by Klassik Michelle Handbags.

To request review for a defective item, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
• Order number
• Photos/videos clearly showing the issue
• Description of the defect or error

Approved refunds, if applicable, are issued solely at the discretion of Klassik Michelle Handbags after review and inspection of submitted evidence.

SHIPPING POLICY & LOST PACKAGES

Klassik Michelle Handbags uses third-party shipping carriers for delivery services.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier and marked as shipped, Klassik Michelle Handbags is not liable for:
• Lost packages
• Delayed deliveries
• Stolen packages
• Incorrect delivery by carrier
• Carrier tracking errors
• Unaccounted-for shipments after carrier acceptance

Customers must file claims directly with the shipping carrier for any lost, missing, delayed, or damaged packages occurring during transit.

Tracking information is provided once orders ship so customers may monitor delivery progress directly with the carrier.

By completing a purchase through Klassik Michelle Handbags, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all policies stated above.
