• Payment for preorder items secures your order and allows materials and production to begin immediately.
• Because preorder items are custom-produced or specially ordered, cancellations, chargebacks, or refunds may not be permitted once production has started.
• Customers are encouraged to contact us directly regarding any questions, updates, or concerns related to their preorder prior to initiating disputes with financial institutions.
